You agree that, in the event of adverse weather conditions, national emergencies, major emergencies or threats on the event day or restriction by the authorities, the organizers reserve the right to cancel/ stop/ postpone the event.

• The event organizers reserve the right to make any amendment to the event, change the course that is deemed necessary to stage the event. This could include but is not limited to; Change in race route, delaying the race, changing the venue, stopping the participants on the course until the situation is deemed appropriate, altering the distance of the route, cancelling or other measures necessary.
• The event organizer possesses the sole authority to cancel tickets for the event. Their role includes the discretionary power to postpone or cancel the event as deemed necessary by the company's guidelines and policies.
